Dr. Chernyak-Hai is a Senior Lecturer in Social Psychology and Organizational Behavior at School of Behavioral Sciences, Netanya Academic College, Israel. She received her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Tel-Aviv University in 2011.
In her research, Dr. Chernyak-Hai examines functions of inter-personal and inter-group helping relations as power relations, implications of time perspective for pro-social behavior, and the role of perceptions, attributions and emotions in productive and counterproductive organizational behaviors, and work-family conflict.
